PRODUCTION
Each print will be specifically printed for client closest to their country of origin and couriered to their adress . Certificates of authenticity and the signed sticker will arrive in a separate envelope . Prints come unframed . Please allow 10 business days for processing but we will always try to send it sooner. If your order is urgent or you would like a custom size , please email us at [email protected] and we will figure out the best solution.
SHIPPING
Your order is usually shipped within 4-5 office days after we received your payment. Orders are processed Monday to Friday not including holidays, pending payment authorization and verification. Please notice that we can’t ship to postbox addresses.
IMPORTANT
If a package is returned to UK because the buyer did not claim the package, Kateshop does send replacements if the postage is payed for again by client . Kateshop is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Kateshop has no control over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Kateshop has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
